GENERAL CONDITIONS OF BOOKING IN GUEST ROOMS

Booking deposit

25% of the total amount with a minimum of one night per room chosen.
Payment by check, transfer, money order, cash, credit card or holiday vouchers.

Arrival and departure time Unless otherwise agreed, the customer can have their room from 5 p.m. For the sake of sleep and peace of the house, we do not accept arrivals on the first day after 9 p.m. After we have welcomed you, you are free to your departure and return times, while respecting the calm of the house. On the day of departure, the customer must vacate the room before 11 am. If the departure is after 2 p.m., the price of the following night will be included in the total bill.

Outside of this schedule, the owner provides his customers with free luggage storage.

The household resting from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m., please respect this schedule (telephone, flushing …)

Terms of cancelation

In case of cancellation or modification up to 2 days before the date of arrival, we do not charge any fees. In case of late cancellation or no-show, we charge 100% of the amount of the 1st night.

Cancellation by the owner

When, before the start of the stay, the owner cancels this stay, he must inform the customer by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt or e-mail.

The customer, without prejudice to recourse for compensation for any damage suffered, will be immediately reimbursed for the sums paid. He will also receive compensation at least equal to the penalty he would have incurred if the cancellation had been made by him on that date.
