Welcome to our Bed and Breakfast in Villeneuve d’Ascq, a peaceful setting in the heart of the LILLE area, between Lille and Roubaix, a contemporary house built in the style and red-brick typical of the North. Comfortable pleasant rooms, on the first flour, are giving onto the landscaped.

Offered continental breakfast with home-made bread, jams and pastry, hot drinks and yoghurt, cheeses, fruits of season, fruit-juice is serving in the dining room or on the terrace, weather permitting.

Seasonal heated outdoor pool, open in the afternoon, exclusively reserved for our guests, from june 1st to september 30th.

Health precautions

“Please know that we do our best to preserve the safety of our clients by cleaning and disinfecting frequently touched surfaces (switches, door handles, furniture handles, remote controls, etc.) during your stay”.

We now only accept two-night minimum stays.

No reservation possible more than 6 months in advance

Esprit Loft for this F2 of 48 m2, all comfort, for 1 to 4 people, ready to live, located 200 m from the metro Jean Jaurès and 900 m from the tramway Le Sart.
Located on the 2nd floor of a small condominium residence, ultra-secure (airlock with badge, armored door), with elevator, and free reserved parking easy access to the foot of the building, very high-speed WIFI (100 Mega) and cable TNT channels. Non-smoking apartment, no pets.

Kleines Bed-and-Breakfast-Hotel mit nur drei Zimmern, familiäre Atmosphäre im ehemaligen Familien-Wohnhaus mit schönem Garten. Selbstgemachte Marmelade der Wirtin zum Frühstück. Insgesamt liebenswert und angesichts des Preises sehr zu empfehlen, wenn es kein Luxus sein muss!
