Deposit for reservation

Reservation is confirmed upon receipt of a 25% deposit including a minimum of one night.
Check, credit cards, bank transfer and international money orders are accepted.

Arrival and Departure

Unless otherwise agreed, the client may use his room from 5 p.m. onwards.

For the respect of sleep and calm of the house, we do not accept any arrival on the first day after 10 pm. After we have welcomed you, you are free of your departure and return times, respecting the quietness of the house. On the day of departure, the client must vacate the room before 11 am. If the departure is after 2 p.m., the price of the following night will be included in the total bill.

Outside these hours, the owner provides its customers with a free luggage room.

Cancellation

In case of cancellation or modification up to 2 days before the date of arrival, we do not charge any fees. In case of late cancellation or no-show, we charge 100% of the amount of the 1st night. Any shortened stay will be due in full

You may cancel free of charge until 24 hours before arrival. You will be charged the first night if you cancel in the 24 hours before arrival. Any shortened stay will be paid in full

To come and see us:

By car:

Follow signs for Villeneuve d’Ascq, and exit at “Roubaix Est”. Follow “Recueil”, and D144, toward “Croix”, Clinique. The guest house is near, between the Clinique “les peupliers” and the Private Hospital. A tub of flowers indicates the drive to B&B.

Train and Public transport:

From Lille (train stations Lille Europe-Lille Flandres and town centre), take Metro line 2, direction “C.H. Dron”, and get off at the “Jean Jaures” station.
Outside, take bus n°32 (direction: Hotel de Ville) stop at “Peupliers”.
A tub of flowers indicates the drive to B&B.

By plane:

Shuttles from Lille-Lesquin airport to Lille (train and metro station Lille Flandres) every hour from Monday to Saturday: 5:15 am – 9:45 pm, Sunday and holidays 8:30 am – 10:05 pm. Bus departure at gate A (minute drop-off).
From Lille to Lille-Lesquin airport, shuttles every hour from Monday to Friday 5:15 am to 9:45 pm, Saturday 9 pm, Sunday and holidays 7 am then 9 am to 9:45 pm.
